At the moment you can use a rogue shroud to sneak/hide behind the merchants and buy the augs even though you normally lack the faction.

You need about 13k each to buy with level 70 rogue shroud's CHA.

Solemn Remedy Rk3 with level 75 focus and its aug won't land below 4k normal or 8k crit.

For the mages, 0 difference in overall performance adding in the pet heal. It sucked, always has sucked, and does will suck. They shoulda made it improved healing X or greater whlie stacking with our focus.
In all, self parse on an MPG (eww yes I still go there) named. B4 aug, 3 RS's, 7 healz + 1 AA heal, and 6 nukes. After getting aug. Same named. 3RS's. 7 healz + AA heal, and 6 nukes.

Druid, unknown: No type 3 armor
Rogue, unknown: See above
Enchanter: Your milage will very depending on AA's.

Overall, the vendor type 3's are teh fail from reports I hear from other classes. They help out a little, but no where near enough to justify their price. If dropped type 3's happened... it can conceivably be worthwhile. That is up2 the devs tho.

I'm relatively happy with the cleric ones that I've tried.

I bought the 3 basic heals and the magic nuke one and have slotted the remedy and nuke in what I have available (dodge aug takes last type3 slot I have so far)

Solemn Remedy Rk3 with a TSS heal focus (only losing 5%) and the type3 gives me minimum 4k noncrits, critting to over 8k (with all heal AAs finished).

Seeing nuke crits over 6k with rk1, slot3 and max nuke AAs too.
