Sealing an Elder Source of Creation

To make a sealed raid aug, you need to combine the following inside of a Cultural Raid Seal Crafter

Elder Source of Creation
[Silk/ Leather/ Chain/ Plate] [SLOT] Template Pattern
Raid Elder Water
[TYPE] Mechanoinstructions

The templates are sold by smith and tailor merchants. The Cultural Raid Seal Crafter, Mechanoinstructions and Water are sold by Culturalist Devari, upstairs from small bank in PoK.
