The new augments are made just like the conflagrant wrapped gems were except instead of using a conflagrant diamond you use a round cut elder mist diamond.

To make round cut elder mist diamond:
1 diamond (yes .. the ordinary diamond )
1 jewelers glass
1 round cut tool
1 cleaning solution
1 Primordial Dynastic Radiance (looks like the pink comma graphic drops off mobs in new zones)

combine in jewelry table

players then use the resultant container and add a no drop item .. the Diminished Inhabited Muhbis inside it and hit combine to get the final augment.
