Correction:

30% (Ikaav Glare): Reinforced Helmet of Cold Shadows - Matriarch Shyra - WAR CLR PAL SHD BRD

This helmet is detrimental range focus, not beneficial. Get the boots too for the matching focus!

Hren needs to get cracking, where are the tier 2 loots? Also, Aug requests a + Bash Damage section, since it makes for 'more better slays' >_>;;
