Pelts and Marrows are for leather items
Ores and Loams are for plate/chain items
Trivial listed is for the template combines and dont use fluid/marrow/loam.
Trivials after names are for the final combines to make armor/symbols.
The Silk/Pelt/Ore is used to make a "template" and are very common drops. The Fluid/Marrow/Loam are used for the final combine to make something actually usable like wearable armor/symbol aug/charm and are more rare drops.
Mob level is what level a mob should be to drop the item according the the GM. IF an item drops, there is a 92% chance that it will be of this level, 6% chance it will be 1 level lower and 2% chance it is the next level higher.
Only some types can actually make a finished armor/symbol/charm. They are marked by the armor/symbol name on the right. All others can make templates for skillups, but do not use their corresponding Fluid/Marrow/Loam because they are not able to make a usable finished armor/symbol/charm item. Thus that Fluid/Marrow/Loam is highlighted yellow, meaning no current use.
