I have been a cook in various restaurants throughout my life. The most common mistake by people is to judge the food's appearance while it is cooking. That crabs or lobsters for instance. They look terrible pre-cooked. Same with cake and bread. I am sure that will come out just fine. It looks good to me.

Oh, btw Kethor. Look through the window next time. Short of foods that have to be basted, you never ever open the oven while something is baking
