VoA raid spells - Alarian skill needed for turn in

I want to remind everyone that we have a raid rule - that says unless you can equip/use it, you should not be bidding on it.

This goes for spells also - unless you are the LEVEL of the spell to use it - you should not be bidding on it ... unless no one is of level to bid - then it opens up to all.

Along with this now is the language barrier - unless you are of the appropriate language level you also should not be bidding on it.

Level 91 - Language 25 required
Level 92,93 - Language 50 required
Level 94,95 - Language 71 required.

So if you are level 91 and a level 92 spell drops - you are not eligible to bid. If you are level 92, - correct level, but language skill 44 - you are not eligible to bid. You would need to be level 92 and language of 50 to bid.
