POLICY: Stupidity Rule 2/6/2009

I've reached my tolerance of being told we don't have a rule for "x" if it happens so nothing you can do about it. Well we got one now.

Stupidity Rule:
This rule covers what should be common sense game play and will be set up as item in the DKP Database. It will cover all the common sense issues that happen in which someone quotes "we don't have a rule about it so you cannot do anything about it".

It's common sense that you don't intentionally dick over your friends & fellow raiders.

Leaders can invoke this rule based on someone's behavior at raid and if the majority of leaders agree - then this rule will be used with a dkp penalty against that person. This rule is the stop-gap that covers all the missing rule loop holes for raid behavior and dkp and bidding when common sense flew out the window, so now I don't want to hear well we don't have a rule against it if it someone's behavior does not make sense.
