RSS feed for posted raids

Don't know how useful it'll be, but if other people want to use it, its available.

Still debugging it, and the full data isn't going into the title yet but it basically works at this point and can be fed into google reader, igoogle, netvibes, my yahoo, etc.
It basically scrapes the data off of the web page, the same way that longbot grabs its data.
