I do appreciate what you have done for me ... but you do not need an extra shammy on raids really heals or not you have many
I know if I go I can not ever come back and I understand and respect that .... I have a need to go home to where I belong .. they may not be as advanced as you
but thats ok ...I never really get to group with anyone here the guilds are too split up ... something I am not used to
I never ever thought I would want to return to diligence and be having to raid again like they require ... but for me its going home again
tso is long gone MR is as well ..This game has taken a turn for the most part so I need to go where I feel I am most useful i guess you would say .

Hmm If memory serves when we were having 80+ people a night you siad that there would be a waiting period (just as there was for new people). That probably morphed into you can never return. Also if a Tank leaves probably would be a LONG wait *laugh*

Amended/Changed the previous raiders rule.

Previous Returning Raiders:
Things happen - you are deployed, job shift changes, baby arrives, get married, money is tight, moved, etc., Check with us when you return. If you have missed an expansion, level or AA increase, their may be somethings we ask you to work on before raiding again. If you have missed more then 6 months, in some cases, you might have to go on a wait list depending on class but it will be a case by case review. Returned raiders that went to off to do other things - yes it just so happen things looked greener somewhere else, but just was not your favorite tone of green when you got there, and want to return, depending on your length of absence - expect to go on the wait list.
