This is the Itinerary from Fan Fair. So if this is correct, look for November 28th as launch. The thing to note, the 28th is a Wednesday and SoE has always released an expansion on Tuesday's, so not sure if the date is a typo or not, but it is on the official Sony Web Site (see link above).
