Here is the announcement, read it and there is a link for the actual sign up in the post. I registered and they reply fast that they got your registration for Beta. As always that doesn't mean you will get into the Beta, just that you signed up.

Is there any thought to registering the raid force for the Beta raids? While we might be a little ways away from completing VOA, it would give us a bit of an edge on RoF.

Yes but we are a different beast Thrillho - they typically take people under one guild tag -not the many type of guilds we have. I've done this every year for the last umpteen but it's not happened.
