Ornaments from Raid mob - expections on /random

I thought by giving away something to the raiders for free would be no problem.. silly me. Even free items can lock me down in tells because someone is upset that someone got it and will never use the item or someone rolled for someone not on line etc.,
Here is leadership's stand/expectations on this. If you are going to use the item on your toon or one of your toons, then /random. Do not /random for your best friend who has not logged in for 3 days, or a guild mate that really wanted that item but lost the roll.
I do not want to hear of items been sold in Bazaar - unless I decide to loot them all and put them up for sale for raid funds.
Seriously if you want me to make a rule, no one will like it because it will either be 1) if you don't plan on putting it on your raid toon, then don't roll, or 2) it all goes to be sold.
