It has been noted that when Jaerlyn cannot be on we do not have a solid backup raid leader. If anyone wants to try their hand at leading contact me in game. We can start you off with farm content and you can work your way into new events. We can work out a rotation schedule to keep you in the loop of leading even when Jaelryn is on.
Xslia.

Re: Want to try... leading a raid....
You've done a great job. We have done almost all the RoF content with you as raid leader.
Our biggest problem is that people for some reason have been tending to slack and we get lower turnouts. Not your fault at all. We just need a better way to see who is slacking and have some type of penalty, as it isn't fair to you or the raid that they are coming and slacking because they don't think they need to do anything because Jaerlyn isn't around.
Now to have another backup raid leader, it probably wouldn't hurt, at least to give you a break from the stress.

Who noted this? I don't think the issue is you as a raid leader, this issue is who will help you and Cellar when Jaer is gone.

Re: Want to try... leading a raid....
Maybe we should post a few of the group breakdowns for certain events.
We should all know clr clr dru war war war is our standard G1 for most events
G5 is some wizard named X, casters and a dru
G2 is normally Cellar pal war/pal/sk clr and 2 other healers
G3 is similar to G2 depending on fight
ranger/melee groups try to have shaman healers for extra dps
etc etc
Then get the more specific info/ATs and stuff and others could help lead raids or get them started if you are going to be late.
and you know Jeldar wants to lead the raid and have everyone follow the bear's arse!
For Evantil we use 2 groups of fire nukers/dotters with 2 druids to start it Enchanter in the group will be inbetween helping with adds...save the chanters on the main, melee the plants, nukers on the ants, necro on the ugly dude
For Tormax we use G1,G2, and G3 for tanking Tormax/Dain/Dragon, rangers on the punt
EW....ok I just don't like that event (really need you and enough from Infinit for flag)
SL make sure we got the chanters, get on the campfire and rangers punt but NEVER snare the adds
CC 2 groups above (lotsa the rangers up there to kill the miners) this one really needs to have the LAA though for the boulders
BG 1 - keep em close but not on the crystal, and don't cast the wrong thing aka NO DEBUFF!
CH - hell no we won't go without J or you
Grell - painful...best to have J so we can res him 100x a night
NToV - first dragon PITA watch rampage face away, Dragorn or whatever straight up fight, Felshek get close paladins splash and get the crystals, Koi - lotsa pets healers and others either at his head or on the rock away, Lady healers behind the rocks stay on his side, triple dragons we got bob and weave keep those dots off, other is get the stupid lightning thing and run away from raid, and other is more straight up, then we go up and first will heal itself so dps it down when it is at like 20%! 2nd is rooted so either go next to xslia if you are a caster in the corner and kill from there but be ready to be stunned and pushed around if not in the corner though healers can heal from distance behind the wall. Other two dragons....make J or X be around for!
I think the biggest thing is setting up the right groups for tanking and dps a good group setup can optimize dps and or tanking depending on how they are set up, G1-3 will have 2-3 healers with paladins if not enough healers, rest will have 1 healer for the most part
Otherwise turn the moon off so it doesn't phase and make Xslia be there to lead.
