Tunare (E`ci) Public Raiding - & Infinit Guild Forums

As some of you know - I had connection issues last night right after raid time. At first I was a "ghost" in game - nothing was working for me - spells, chat, but I could see people moving - named was stuck at 17% for like 10 minutes on my screen. Once I got disconnected the second time - I could not connect again to EQ.

After about an hour on the phone with the provider - they are shipping me a new modem - be here in 2 or 3 days. I tried again this morning and was not able to connect to EQ or the eq forums.

I was trying a few different web sites last night - amazon, weather, news etc, some would not fully load - browser was spinning it's wheels for a long time. I tried to even get to the simple speedtest.net site and it would not load in for the longest time.

So the moral of this story is...

TRILO/ZEPHUR!!!! if I cannot make it in tonight and tomorrow - please do log file/attends for me... I may be not able to log in until new modem arrives and is installed (and now they are leaving the installation to moi... dangerous.. they use to send someone out to do it!).

You're not the only one that can't login. A lot of people including me cannot because of some bug with EQ

Not a bug, as such, just negligence from SoE in letting the domain lapse. Hence it's taking some time for DNS information to propagate after they finally -did- renew it. There's a possible temporary fix posted in the other thread.
