yes they happen - to all of us. and the person who wins get so excited they jump up to loot.

Re bidding rule #4:

4) ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES does anyone LOOT any item, until auctioneer issues a confirmation of the won item. Confirmation from auctioneer looks like the following : Gratz <NAME> <ITEM> <DKP AMOUNT>. I don't care if 50+ raiders send you gratz tells, or way-to-go messages, the only one that matters is that confirmation by the auctioneer. Note: sometimes even the auctioneer misses something - check your randoms against others also - make sure your random was the highest.

Note this line - we ask that each raider also do their own due diligence and check their randoms - I'm also going to amend this to say - wait a few seconds (30seconds) before looting - so we can catch and amend any mistakes... unless there is a timer issue on chest - this should not be a problem for anyone.

As soon as i saw the error last night and I jumped up to get to the chest and someone was standing on it with a mount and I could not get a target on it to lock it down to stop the mis-loot in time. Please do your own random roll check before looting. it will save us all heart burn going forward.
