Road project is now running 24/7 and I am requested to on site more often. Added other projects starting etc I have no back up. Been told I have zero time off and be ready to work 6/7 shifts a week. Crazy hours and a lot of taxes.
I will do the rain dance on Tuesdays and randomly show up when I can.
