It was originally supposed to be up at 12:30 Pacific Time (3:30 PM Eastern).
Then it got delayed two hours until 2:30 PM Pacific Time (5:30 PM Eastern).
Now it is delayed yet another two more hours until 4:30 PM Pacific Time (7:30 PM Eastern)
