I updated my Nvidia driver over the weekend and now my EQ lags horribly, especially in combat. Yes, I currently have Windows 10. I've done all the recommendations and prior to this debacle I could run multiple EQ instance with no lag. I encountered this a few years ago with a certain Windows 10 update and NVidia. I'm going to manufacturer install my computer and redo everything. This should take a few days so I will most likely be gone for this week for raids. I still have a copy of Win 7 I bought several years ago and going to revert back to it. Whatever you do, don't update Nvidia driver with Win 10.
