Mem these thee 1sec casting time, zero push stuns:
Ancient Force of Jeron (1800 hate)
Sacred Force (rk1 1920 hate, rk2 2000 hate)
Force of Akera (~1200 hate, quested, use cease instead if you're too lazy to get)
Do NOT use Challenge for Honor. This spell is crappy agro for two main reasons: it's negligable agro if resisted, and you need to frontload agro when MAing.
Sacred Force is most agro, but don't use it if it's going to stun mob (up to 75) in bad spot.
Next agro is Ancient (stun up to 70).
Finally force of Akera.
The TSS Hand of Disruption AA ability is 600 agro (less than 1/3 Sacred force), I usually only use this when my spells are greyed out from burst of sunlight.
Finally if you're MAing in some place like demi where the mobs are stunnable, you're not going to take much damage, so I use 2.0 for extra melee agro
