Eci Public Raiding

The raid team brought home another win last night with beating Aaryonar event.   We have 8 of 9 events under our raid belts!!!     We had a few learning moments last night and as we kept progressing, we corrected the items we found to help improve our response to mechanics.    I want to thank everyone who had a specific role and carried it out, even if it meant dropping off the DPS chart!

You all just freaking Rock!!!!    Now we turn our eyes towards Vulak'Aerr - our last CoV event to win!!!

Raiders are crossing another event off their win list - on Thursday the raid group beat Abriters (golems)- T3 raid.  We are down to 2 more events to clear for CoV.   Great start to summer!   We will be working on our next event this coming week!  Don't miss out!

We have been working on the "Defenders of the Raid" for the last few weeks - trying different tactics and seeing what best worked out.  We zone in last night and tried a new approach and was making progress.  So we dug in the heels and refined it and we got our first win on tier 3 raid content.

Way to start a new week off - new win in T2 CoV content!     We zoned in,  started event and as we got to 3rd dragon - BLAM at least 12 raiders crashed to desktop - like WTHeck man!  We were running smooth - people doing their assigned tasks and then of course something like this happened.  As some of those people got back in game and in zone - they crashed a second time.      So we reset event and waited while everyone got back online and we came back - just as smooth as before and got to last dragon - the last 10% was rocky but we focused thru and beat it!

Raiders beat our first T2 CoV event on Thursday  2/19 against Sontalak.    /cheer raiders - you all rock!

Now we turn our focus towards Sky shrine!

It has been a great past raid week with the new content and new wins.      The raid team is coming out with massive strength and focus - lets not lose this momentum.

All three CoV events are down for T1, we have a few more weeks before T2 is released.  

It really has been an awesome week!

We did have a pile of corpses at one point!

We had a few missing raiders due to football playoff and all I'm going to say is - YOU MISSED IT!!!! (Not that I'm rubbing this in or anything, ok, maybe a little).

Monday the raid team zoned into our second new CoV raid - Tantor and won. We had a few bumps but made adjustments and beat the event!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

What a wonderful way to break in the new year - new content, new win and a server first! You guys are just freaking awesome!!!!!

We dusted our raid gear off, blew away the cobwebs, and pulled off a a win last night with the Dragon Necropolis win on Zlandicar. 

Nothing like trying a few different things and figuring out what worked for us, saying one more try (there was no stopping this group last night) and you guys did it!

We continue to farm ToV (and yes some are bored) so we went back to try a challenging raid  - last one from TBL (Meratas).    Each trip we do better, learn more, and try and nail down things can will improve next trip in.  We are getting smoother,  we just now need to get better coordinated for the 24% to 0% mark.

A few raiders are leading old content raids on weekends for coins and achievements for fun.   We are working on finishing off evolving,  tradeskills to 350 (we are insane) and some of us have pre-ordered next expansion!   A few of us are working on alts while waiting for expansion and others are working on their faction list with other halves (prepping for expansion release!).

Every once in a while - I request that people get out of their silo (click group/bot group) and venture into the unknown with a different raider - We make this journey together and the journey is just as important as the destination.

Public has been working hard - no grass growing under our feet!!!!   We have been gearing up with the double loot in chest and increased raid coins,  and taking time to go back and work on achievements to give us some nice augments (and to empower others).   Some people just like getting the achievements!

We have done some "Hunters" events, where we are taking advantage of increase rare spawns to finish off RoS/EoK/PoP hunters, and of course TBL and ToV.

And.... most of us are now on the downhill slide to that long freaking ToV grind that is the Rallos tradeskill earring.    With the recent hunters done for TBL, some are going back and farming for the TBL evolving items.

We as a raid team are continuing to improve and evolve.

This past week saw public clearing all ToV raids.  This is an amazing accomplishment,  it has been hard earned with many deaths.    There is nothing we cannot do as a team if we remember - we are a TEAM.  It takes all of us doing our jobs to the best of our abilities and maybe then some.      It's been a great journey this year, now lets gear up, help each other out and be ready to smash a new expansion this fall!

/cheer public!    We cleared T3 event May 14th!    We just have to finish off ToFS last 2 events!

Words cannot describe the win.  It was emotionally packed with yelling in game, in voice chat, at anyone near us!  What was a near defeat turned into Victory! 

Public Rocks!  Thank you all for your support and time,  I've not witnessed a win like this in quite a few years... I'm almost back to the raid that unlocked Frostcrypt for us.... right down to the wire - with seconds left on the zone instance and a hail and chest...

I want to say this week has been very frustrating for a lot of us.  Monday night we zone in and work the first event in T3 Zone, Kael.   about 8 people crash.  We pull together and go again... 20 people crashed.      Tuesday we zone back in and BEAT it (go team) then we start on next event and Server crashed for down for over an hour. 

But the good news - we beat our first event in T3 zone!!!  you guys rock!

Now if I only had a way to tone down all this freaking white - this is torture to me (dry eye issues).

Public has been very busy lately,  we are working on Tov Hunters, collections, evolving freaking gear.... and a host of other things. - like going back and beating events we skipped.

Public cleared RoS - we finished off the 2 events in Sathir's tomb and then the 3 events in VP!!!!!   

This week we ventured into TOFS after tabling it for a few for farming and we beat the first event! and then ventured forth to take a peek at the second event.   We had  some very close wins but we slid thru (and around, and into pits) to manage that first win.!
