I dont understand how eq2 went free to play while eq1 still requires a monthly subscription.
I would assume that eq1 would have been the first one to go free.
Maybe eq1 has a lot more subscribers than eq2.
what you do guys think?

I'm reading their site at http://everquest2.com/_themes/default/i ... Matrix.jpg
Free version kinda sucks hard.
1) Only get a choice of 4 races and 8 classes.
2) Level 80 is cap for free version but its 90 for the Platinum version.
3) only 2 characters allowed vs 10 for platinum.
4) No access to higher spell tiers (rk2 and rk3 i guess?)
5) only 2 bag slots vs 6 for platinum
6) there is even a coin limit of how much you can have based on level.
7) 20 max quests allowed in your taskmanger thing vs 75 for platinum. And 50 was hard to live with when i played with just the original expansion.
