Sorry for your RL troubles.

That founding principle is definitely still alive. But it's a principle and not a rule. I'm in no position of decision making or leadership, but it would be fully understandable if new raiders were limited to high demand classes since we've had over 72 in channel many nights recently(meaning 20+ active raiders are sitting on every event). I am sure decision-makers are only doing what is right for public as a whole. I was turned away multiple times when I started in 2003-2004 because raids were too full. Maybe try again in a few weeks(if you are still interested then). I am positive that when you left, enchanters were in very high demand.

It only took you 30 days the first time around to decide public wasn't for you after a server transfer from presumably another guild(I'm jealous of GH, why'd they last 45?). Would you be here to stay a while? I'm personally not too excited to have a chronic guild-hopper taking up other raiders' slots. Forgive me for being blunt, I am tired of the drama post trend.

Crystalmind, most of us play to have fun, to hang with people that we consider in game friends (or friends in real life). I try to be as respectful as I can when telling new raiders we just overbooked or basically we do not think public is a match for someone.

Crystalmind, I do not think public is a match for you. You came, you raided, you left. While part of public for the 30 odd days, there was someone or something that we did or said something had you upset almost every day while part of us. While the 30 days was a short time, it was long enough for me to realize you are not a match for us. We have not changed, very few of our raiders have changed, I personally do not want to be kept locked down in tells nightly about someone or something that has made you upset.

No one here has issues with anyone medical conditions - we have players of all walks of disabilities and conditions. That's not the issue nor ever has been. The issue has been we holding down 80 Raiders and 6 solid enchanters that I will not sit for someone new or who felt we were not right for them and we found other raiders that do mix with us well.

And I see you went back and edited all your posts out.

good luck then. I tryed to be real with you and hinest and you told me from the get go you werent gonna change your made up mind. I am epileptic and wasnt on my meds when I 1st raided here due to being pregnant which causes more siezures and mood problems and over that " i dont fit in " sounds exactly like a screw you for yer disabiltys. Good luck and and the ban means nothing I wont be associted with people who act like that. you say its drama that someone has the balls to stand up for themself and try to talk to you about thing you already made your mind up over. Yes I'm quite familiar with your affinity to screen shots, you have offered various other ones in the past and linked me the URL's when you had issues before, even kept screen shots because you felt their might be issues later with people in different guilds. Screen shots = Drama. I have recommendations for those screen shots.

Tho whats funny here Xslia ..... you yourself are ever so quick to pull out logs and screenshots when defending your point of view ....this forum is loaded with instances of you yanking out logs of chats to discredit someone or show the validity of your statements..... you knocking me for screen shots is like the pot calling the kettle black, and thats the defination of a snake in action to knock someone over something they themselfs do. You should slap a drama label on yourself you and your logs. I expect this post or thread to be deleted but ima save that to.

Crystal, I know it's hard to live with mood issues and want to extend my sympathies to your plight. I can also understand xslia's perspective. I avoid raid leadership roles because I do not want all the stress and responsibility involved with it. So when xsllia mentions that she wants a break from some of the stress I cant help but nod in agreement. I have much respect for the time and effort she puts into her role.

Here is some food for thought. If every raider sent the same Quantity of communications (tells) to xslia that you alone have, crystal, could she possibly handle it all? She, and any other leader can only handle so much, and if crystal is taking up half of xslia's capacity there is a big problem. It would be kind and considerate of you crystal to realize and understand this not just for xslia, but for future leaders you deal with.

Crystal seems to be making the point that the issues she is responsible for in the past have been more or less alleviated. But I doubt the issue of excessive communication is what crystal meant. The last point I want to note is that crystal is calling xslia a snake, but is being a snake herself. Taking screenshots of communications is itself a threat. It suggest crystal has the intent to seek vengeance for anything she sees fit. Posing threats by mere implication is not advisable. In other words, keep the screenshot habit to yourself, or quit it. In all forms of communication, threats should be avoided unless they are used in authoritative correction.

So..."can't we all just get along?"
