Fun items that drop on raids - bags/mounts - dkp cap
Going forward "fun" items mounts (with no stats) - containers/bags that drop as raid loot will be capped at 55 dkp as the maxium one can bid - you can all still bid 1 and /random to your heart content - attend % based on your bids still apply.
