Rather than focusing on putting into place rules on how we should loot, I would like to focus on how we can get more opportunities to Loot. With our current raid force and numbers, it seems like we should be able to crank out more events. I would like to know what you need from us to make these events move faster and more importantly what you need from us to start earlier and quicker between events.
I seem to recall the expectation of the class specific channels was to make sure people had the AT's set up, understood the strat and if we had any question about the event we discussed it there. Recently it seems like we hear and see the same raid strategies discussed in the main channel taking up raid start time when it could have been handled during set up time. We have beaten all these events, so unless we are changing our strat, what is preventing us from using class channels to align on event specific strategies? More importantly why does it take so long to set up each time and is there something we can help coordinate to free up the raid leaders so they don't feel like they are having to do it all?
I am willing to volunteer, and I know there are others, just let me know what you need from me

Re: Less Talk, More Raiding
I normally post my wizard in the guild lobby around raid times to help with punts to Grounds. I do this to help folks get to their destinations faster. Also, if you go LD and end up in an Ldon area just run to the GL on West side and I will punt you to Grounds if you send me a tell. Varri is my wizard's name but be sure to send Kivanarri a tell because I have one window on that toon and won't see your tells. If new folks have questions on strats and ATs and not sure, you can send me a tell and I'll do my best to help you. Also if you are player shy of asking questions openly, you can send me a tell and I'll do my best to answer. Folks having groups setup before raid help a ton on Raid leaders. As for SS crashes, not sure why SOE just let that go a whole expansion. Hopefully, VoA zones won't have that issue.
Cheers!

All SS crashes aside....
I agree with Dasmagi, with this clearing of SS there were practically no resets (if any). If the trend continues, we could probably do without the re-iteration of every raid strat for each event. With the slowing intake of new members, strategies could be explained in class channels or through tells if there are very few new to each event.
As with every heirarchy structure, if everyone is doing everything they can to help out... the workload evens out and stress levels up top lower as well. I too volunteer when I am online to help out with anything needed to be done to help our transitions to and between raids.
And for petes sake, yall leave Xslia alone.... I think i saw myself above her on a parse once or twice....we all know this would be impossible for me if she was able to focus more on raid and less on drama ~.~
