Missing DPS raiders on raids - open recruitment for more

We have been noticing for the last few weeks a lot of our DPS classes have gone missing. When we start having tanks outnumber the dps - well we are hosed for raids. The last several expansions have DPS events, nothing we can do about it - but we NEED the dps to beat timers etc. Jaerlyn calls them 'dps check" events.

I know life happens - happens to all of us, but when people are missing for weeks, not days - then I need to replace them so that we as a raid force can progress.

Therefore I am requesting that raiders talk to their guilds and see if there is anyone interested in raiding. All I ask is that you can somewhat recommend them, if you know they are drama and tantrum throwers, then let me know - so I can say no to letting them join. We want mains - people that have one toon they know how to play. Yes they may have 2 others they box, but that at least need to know what class they are playing to be able to generate the dps we need.

My preference is for ranged dps - but will consider all DPS classes ATM.

Sorry about being AWOL lately. Having a different mix for 'usual' DPS could be interesting.
