A hotfix last week put the raid npc in Katta. The people who request the raids - need to have the group progression done. Group zone progression has nothing to do with being able to zone in - we tested that this weekend.
We have at this time NO requirements that raiders must have group progression done to raid. Group progression thru zones is your own thing - at your own pace/time. no need to rush to kill yourself if you are on limited time. If we find out differently down the road - then we will change this as needed.
What we have asked - is that all raiders be 105 by year end, and yes XP sucks wind in the new zones.. if you get any at all. (Thulissar Island is no xp at all for the most part killing mobs).
