COTF - Retirement Tier 1 - Yes and No

I've been asked by several about raiding COTF and lockouts with other public groups.

Here is the plan. For now consider COTF Tier 1 retired for the next few weeks. We are talking about one more round of COTF T1 for flagging into T2 so we can still use T2 COTF as filler - but we have a few without flags which currently makes it difficult to do pushes into Tower/Void.

We will announce plans when we will do a round of CoTF flagging ahead of time, so you can avoid lockouts.
