Fuck ignore the tool you all give him to much power he feeds on it haha who cares what is said our kills and our toons are all getting bigger and better when we raid and they lag when we can't but we all know how it works and its fair. I mean we don't even have a single ruler I've seen Xslia get shot down on her ideas by the other 12 or so leaders of public haha same as the rest of us. If ppl don't feel comfortable having 12 to 14 ppl trying to make sure everything is up and up then I don't know what will work we left the single dictator model and built a round table and we give everyone a chance sometimes several /shrug. When a few of us started leading public we made it so no single person would be responsible to make sure everyone was treated fairly we promoted core raiders to watch and keep track and to make sure our classes where taken into consideration from targets to making sure nobody gets sat out always and we got officer and class leaders up the ying yang for issues to be heard. Kethor, Myself, Cale, Freakbabydoll, Eagles etc etc there is always somebody to talk to if got issues or if sat out of the very event your after over and over just ask one of us if we can do something and we will try. If you feel your being overlooked and would like to say something feel free to send a tell im sure w/e channel your in has at least 2 or 3 leaders/officers/Class talkers etc who will bring us the issue and we can work on correcting it but ppl need to remember the numbers and need of raid sometimes you don't got room for 12 warriors or 25 rangers and ppl will sit just earn that dkp for when your inside so you can buy smart and build and fit the need of the raid force for those spots when called upon.

If you don't wanna work for the dkp you get and the attend then you really won't fit in if you can't sit out for the raidforce to get the win or gear up somebody who maybe just needs that slot mroe then your selfish ass don't need be in public if you really think you always deserve to be in the events and others should always sit then you suck and should go help them aa or gear up some more in groups and make your raid force better.

If you think your class don't have a leader like Bards/Monks/Beastlords then talk to Kethor or Myself or anyone who has a lifetime of 2k or mroe and they can probly lead/help you understand better just don't be afraid to talk to us as we can't fix issues we don't know about and we don't always see issues you see so consider that and remember we are here for the raidforce its not here for YOU!!!!!!!!! If you want it better then do what you can in raids and outside to help let your leaders know your soft spots and events you think you can get your best upgrades from so we can help get you there communicate communicate communicate and respect if you want it then you better fucking show it cuz we have seen alot of shit and we will not be kind if your trying to fuck us period.

And these leaders DONATE thier time and do all the extra for the RAIDFORCE and YOU!!!! They don't get nothing extra beside the DRAMA, I MEAN NOTHING EXTRA. So if the only thing your worried about in PUBLIC is you then GOODBYE since just you won't ever raid nothing worth doing SOLO.

The ppl i Hate in Public:

Xslia: She does my dkps, she pays for website, runs a raidbot to make it easy to see dkp, keeps my clerics and other casters in regeants needed for raiding, monitors and amends rules, takes 75% of all the complaints ppl to scared to bring to me or Kethor, pays for ventrillo, Helps wizards/mages/necros get into needed events, babysits psycho ranger leaders and paladins (mages too that Cale is crazy).

Jaerlyn: (I really do hate him) Scours the servers for info not just Tunare, pushes knights and other classes (Id never loot an ac aug in his group over plate tank or you will hear about ac) to build for the work needed to be done, Leads raids, backups on the fly when needed on raids, Works closely with devs on class mechanics and reads alot on others classes EQ Mechanics.

Kindread: I trained him well (Tho his dps sucks):P, Leads Raids, Stands up for his friends, works hard to get ppl into raiding and having fun doing it, helps anyone who asks do what they desire outside raids, works with other leaders to help them build thier classes.

Gaggrol: Stone cold solid public tank he has run 90%+ for 5 years he takes the beatings, always finding out what his classmates need helping get them into those events that really can profit a Tank for any item they after, slow to anger, quick to ajust, poetry

Sissee: Loots, shows respect, Helps priests setup for 5 years 90%+ raider and she has good help cuz she loves her class and gets em all into it

Cale: No clue what mages do but he doing it Always asking questions and fighting for the little guy (Tho i've seen him falter oh well he human like me......). Believes in the Mission of Public been here forever......

Zephur: Always been there with TSkills for raiders, Always considered him public accountant haha. Quick to answer when ppl ask questions,

will continue later on the others I hate Brysy, Kethor/Freak, Elwingg (can't wait to hate on this one), Daq (Come back omg you fucker don't suck), Sare and Anas (don't hate me back i want epic click).
