Raiders - House of Thule T3 access needed.

With the Win in Feerott, we opened up T2 raids from House - Gardens, Well, library, EB zones. In order to hedge zoning in issues - all raiders need to make sure you have T3+ access or better as these raids will be part of our line up going forward. T3 access - will ensure that you have the lower tiers done. We already had some issues in T1 early on with people trying to zone into Feerott without have T1 missions done. So to avoid headaces all around - please make sure T3 Group access is completed.
