Continue to help get everyone to at least Alarian 91 or better this month - it goes slow after you hit mid 80's but keep after it.
Basically if you did not do the pre-quest book for the extra 5 Alaran, you will need to do all the Story tasks and group missions (NOT the kill counts, if you did them in prior zones). If you have the bonus 5 from the pre-release quests, then you can skip one zone - depending on it's points. Completing RT is worth 4 points.
