You all know this has been coming, it's been no secret, We even adjusted it down from 91 previously when we figured out it was not needed till T4.
We are looking at having everyone with Alarian @ 91 July 1st as a raid requirement. Could this change - yes - but it could change either way - either we require it a week earlier or we push it back depending on where we are in with T4 raid progression.

Just so no one is not aware, and we have been doing this for a few months, there maybe some nights - farm events mostly that we may not require Alarian @ 85 or 91, or someone not being Level 95. Not being 95 may be rare - we have allowed maybe 3 times in the last 5 months, it might happen. These raiders are told straight up that they must continue to level up and work on Alarian and if we do not see progress, then do not expect a raid invite. The few times this has happened as been for raiders with over 1750 AA's and are returned raiders. Everyone understands the frustration of trying to find groups this deep into an expansion doing progression content and offering returned or potential raiders a chance or change from grinding.
