Wanted: Log file attends & DKP assistance

Most of you know I'm sorta of hosed with my being able to be a raids on the start time - I'm going to be at best an hour late or just a little after - unless something happens that keeps me at work longer. Being in PST is a major impact to my ability to make start of raids.

I want to find some assistance in the following areas
1) one or two people willing to capture log file attends/loot awards and paste them on the website for updates. I'm always willing to take the rest of the nights attends /information once I log in or if someone wants to keep doing it for the full run of the night that's fine also or up to the point they have to leave.

Log files is easy - just need to turn logs on /log on and Xyndail made a post about how to change your .ini file to always have log files on - my is set to that. What I do since we do attends for dkp in 30 minutes increments of time - is have a timer at my desk (either egg timer or a timer app on my phone or ipad) I set it for 15 minutes (sometimes 10 minutes) and when it goes off - I do a /list <channel> then reset the timer. I have my /list hot keyed so I get the ### marks and the list by just clicking one button. I do it in 15 minutes increments for the most part - so that if I miss one (ie, I hit the list but was busy casting so it did record) I have another one a few minutes later I can leverage. it's not the most accurate timing, but it's working for me. If I miss one, I have another attend to fall back on.. some times I take them randomly also and at the end of the raid - I just pull out the ones that best match the 30 minute increments of time I want.

then you just pull out the loot awards (and loot list) - throw it in a post for a dkp admin to update.

If someone takes the first part of the night, like I said, I can do the other half when I log in - we will just need to make sure we get both log file information listed out in the forum post.

I also rename my log files each night from eqlog_xslia_Tunare.txt to eqlog_xslia_tunare_20120605.txt so that I have it filed by date for reference (and i do not get a lag for dealing with large log files.)

I also use random notes for reminders as needed ### event or ### learning, or ### warn someone for excessive afk, etc.

2) I need someone who then can take the log files posted and use them to update the DKP site with raids and item awards. this is an easy task that I can walk someone thru.

So if anyone of you can help take the burden of doing attends off jaerlyn when i'm not on, it would be much appreciated, I rather him focus on raid mechanics then raid dkp logistics.

I don't expect someone to own doing the log files every night, but if we can split it up over a couple - would help out tremendously. While I plan to be on around 8pm - it may not always be feasible - I'm already getting wind of a director being in town wanting to meet us all at dinner and some of these things I have to put in a presence at. I'm trying to stay employed in a bad economy.
