ROF GROUP VS, VOA RAID GEAR FINDINGS

It looks at the averages of each focii and determines where VoA raid is better than RoF group, where they are identical and where RoF group is better than VoA raid.

Key findings:

Beneficial / Detrimental Range
- VoA raid gear is better for lvl 96-99 spells.
- RoF group gear is better for lvl 100 spells.

Beneficial / Detrimental Duration Extension
- VoA raid gear is better for lvl 96-99 spells.
- Both VoA raid and RoF group are equal on lvl 100 spells.

Beneficial / Detrimenal Mana Preservation
- VoA raid gear is better for lvl 96-98 spells.
- Both are equal on lvl 99 spells.
- RoF group gear is better for lvl 100 spells.

Beneficial Spell Haste
- VoA raid gear is better for all lvl spells. At no time is RoF group gear better.

Detrimental Spell Haste
- VoA raid gear is better for lvl 96-98 spells.
- Both are equal on lvl 99 spells.
- RoF group gear is better for lvl 100 spells.

Improved Healing / Improved Magic / Improved Chromatic / Improved Fire (dependent on which VoA raid tier you have)
If you are wearing VoA tier 4 with the 30-100 focus
- VOA is better for lvl 96-97 spells. Both are equal at lvl 98 spells, and RoF is better for lvl 99-100 spells.

If you are wearing VoA tier 3 with the 25-100 focus
- VOA is only better for lvl 96 spells. Both are equal at lvl 97 spells, and RoF is better for lvl 98-99-100 spells.

If you are wearing VoA tier 2 with the 20-100 focus
- VOA is only better for lvl 96 spells. RoF is better for lvl 97-98-99-100 spells.

If you are wearing VoA tier 1 with the 15-100 focus
- RoF is better for all lvl spells. At no time is VoA raid tier 1 gear better.
