Crash issues

If you are having crash issues, the SOE forum recommends the following:

Delete the files:

defaults.ini
eqclient.ini
eqgame.exe
EQfx_dll
EQGraphicsDx8.dll
EQGraphicsDx9.dll
eqlsClient.ini
eqmain.dll

Then repatch EQ and be sure to check custom setting like with opacity, names etc, color codes for chat. I am not sure if this fixes the issue yet, but this is what SOE recommends.
