Unable to log in to play!!!

We can't log in! We can't play! We had to reenter our usernames and passwords, and that failed five times. Finally it worked, but now when we hit PLAY, we get a black screen (like it's going to show us the servers), but it just stays black! Anyone else have similar problems?
